This is an improved version of the AK-I Tufting Gun with heaps of new features and upgrades!

This new machine is probably the quietest, smoothest tufting gun in the world that you'll ever come across. After two years of research and development, our manufacturer's engineers have come up with this new machine, which has heaps of advantages. 

I was honestly skeptical about this machine but this machine truly delivers from both a tufter and engineer's perspective.

• The new machine is ergonomically designed with a Rubberized handle. Comfortable to hold.
• Uses DC brush less motor that is completely enclosed. It's high power, low noise, doesn't spark & has a long life.
• Original mechanical contact brake has upgraded to built-in non-contact Honeywell magnetic brake device. That yellow wire is not an issue anymore!
• RPM (revolutions per minute) speed display, making your tufting speed adjustment more intuitive.
• A synchronous belt drive which results in low noise, long life, smooth transmission.
• The eccentric wheel increases the counterweight device to make it tuft more smoothly and the amount of vibration is significantly reduced.
• Lighting has been added to the front needle to make the work area clear and bright.
• The newly upgraded scissors closer perfectly solves the vibration and noise generated by the traditional scissors closer and makes the pile more even.

The cut pile gun is definitely a crowd favorite because of the fluffy effect. It is also a bit easier to use. After each line you don't need to cut your thread as it's already cut for you.
