This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the All Things EFFY USA website. It explains how shipping works, where orders ship from, estimated delivery timeframes, and how shipping-related issues are handled.
The majority of orders placed on our U.S. store are fulfilled domestically from our U.S. fulfillment partner in Texas. If an item is fulfilled domestically, it does not ship internationally and does not involve customs clearance or import duties.

Because we are a small business, all flagged orders are reviewed manually. If your order is placed on a fraud hold, we will contact you to verify your details before the order is released for shipment.
If your address details are entered correctly, payment is successful, and the item is in stock and ready to ship, your order will usually dispatch within one business day.
All delivery timeframes shown at checkout or referenced anywhere on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing and routing are entirely controlled by the carrier and are outside of our control. We cannot and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.

Delays may occur due to weather events, carrier backlogs, peak shipping periods, staffing shortages, or routing issues.
Important note: We are a small business, not Amazon. We do not operate our own courier fleet or private delivery network. We rely on public carrier networks, and delivery performance is subject to those systems.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination. We do not add hidden handling or packing fees.
Transparency note: We understand that shipping can be expensive, and we truly wish we could subsidize it. Unfortunately, we do not make enough margin to do so. Every dollar charged for shipping goes directly toward carrier and fulfillment costs. If we ever identify that you have been significantly overcharged for shipping, we will refund the difference.
Orders over 39 lbs (18 kg) may exceed single-parcel carrier limitations and can result in significantly higher shipping costs.
To avoid excessive shipping charges, please split large orders into multiple separate orders, or contact us at hello@allthingseffy.com for a freight quote. Email is the best way to reach us and we respond quickly.
All domestic orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier and may not update in real time.
If you do not receive a shipping email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Some services may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, we may adjust the shipping method to a compatible carrier.
If you experience a delivery delay or issue, your first point of contact must be the carrier listed in your tracking information. Only the carrier can access internal scans, routing notes, and delivery attempt details.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel generally passes to the customer. While we understand that lost or stolen deliveries are extremely frustrating, we are a small business and cannot absorb the cost of replacing or refunding orders where the carrier has confirmed successful delivery.
Factory Direct shipping applies only to products that are clearly labeled as Factory Direct on the product page and/or at checkout. If your order is not labeled Factory Direct, it ships domestically from Texas and follows the policy above.
Factory Direct orders for U.S. customers ship via FedEx.
For U.S. Factory Direct orders, all applicable duties and tariffs are prepaid by us and included in the product price. You will not be required to pay duties on delivery.
Factory Direct delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery timeframe is approximately 11–20 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs processing, inspections, weather events, or carrier network disruptions.
Tracking numbers are typically provided within 5 business days of ordering. By the time you receive your tracking number, your order will already be in transit. This delay is due to how we work with our factories and their shipping systems. We appreciate your patience.

For Factory Direct orders, please contact FedEx first using your tracking information, then contact us if you require assistance or if the carrier confirms a loss. Factory Direct orders are also subject to the relevant sections of our Return & Refund Policy.
