Yarn Production Notice: Yarn is a textile product, and natural variations can occur during manufacturing. Cone and cake weights may fluctuate slightly (approximately ±5–10%) due to fibre density, humidity, and winding tension. This is normal within the textile industry and does not affect performance, quality, or usability. Our pricing is based on the average yield produced per batch, so customers are not financially disadvantaged by minor weight differences.

Additionally, colours may vary slightly between dye lots. If you are purchasing yarn for a specific project, we strongly recommend ordering enough at the same time, as we cannot guarantee future stock will match the same dye lot. Dye lot information is noted on the SKU/barcode label for reference.

Authentic EFFY Machines — Trusted Since 2018

Our authentic tufting machines have been on the market since 2018 and include a conditional 6-month warranty. Warranty terms and conditions can be found in the FAQ section via the main menu.

EFFY machines are customized using premium components. We upgrade motors, scissors, and internal metal components to provide smoother performance, reduced vibration, and superior longevity. Many suppliers source the lowest-cost version of a model — we do not.

Shipping from our Texas warehouse

In-stock items dispatched from our Texas warehouse typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 days after dispatch for non-rural addresses. These are estimates, not guarantees; third-party couriers such as USPS and FedEx control delivery, and rural or remote addresses may take longer.
