Your High-Pile AK-DUO includes a 6-month warranty covering the motor, circuitry, and main mechanical components. If a manufacturing fault occurs within this period, we will repair or replace the machine at no cost.

Important: The machine must be used correctly and with the correct tufting cloth. Using hessian or plastic tufting cloth will void your warranty. Please see our FAQs for full terms.
